Job Description
- Lead multiple custom automation and engineered equipment projects from kickoff through customer acceptance.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardized project management processes.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project management team members.
- Travel up to 30% to customer sites and manufacturing facilities (occasional international travel).
- 5+ years of Project Management experience managing custom automated equipment or engineered capital equipment projects.
- Experience working for a systems integrator or OEM that builds custom automation machinery is required.
- Strong background managing engineering, fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning projects.
- Experience working directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related discipline preferred.
- Up to $140,000 based on experience
