Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee a high volume of small-scale projects, consistently driving them to exceed key performance goals including schedule adherence, budget management, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality assurance. You'll provide guidance and oversight to both senior and junior technical leads, as well as less experienced project managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture. A critical part of your role will involve client engagement through sales meetings and presentations, helping to strengthen and grow client relationships. You’ll also be responsible for implementing a reliable system to forecast monthly fee revenue, ensuring our engineering practices remain aligned with evolving standards, regulatory requirements, and the latest technical advancements.

Job Duties:
•    Proven successful, robust Project Management experience.
•    Strong leadership and team management skills, including leadership of other PMs.
•    Excellent client engagement and relationship-building abilities.
•    Proficiency in forecasting and financial management, especially in a Fixed Fee and Unitized platform.
•    In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree and/or
•    Project Management or other experience related to Electrical Distribution
