Project Manager – SAP Business Implementation
Job Description
Hire Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Pay Range: $45–$60/hr (based on experience)

- Serve as the business-side lead for the SAP rollout and site implementation activities
- Partner with IT project management and functional leads to define requirements and validate solutions
- Ensure smooth integration of SAP with production, planning, logistics, and inventory workflows
- Lead documentation, testing, and validation of business processes
- Support change management, training, and end-user adoption
- Coordinate process mapping and alignment with SAP workflows across manufacturing operations
- Assess site readiness, manage risks to operational continuity, and support cutover/go-live activities
- Gather feedback post-implementation and collaborate on issue resolution and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of SAP business implementation experience within manufacturing (required)
- Experience supporting SAP deployments (S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong understanding of production, planning, logistics, and inventory workflows
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with process improvement and change management in fast-paced environments
- Based in or able to commute to Taneytown, MD, or Hastings, NE
- Preferred: PMP certification, Lean certification, or SAP certification
