Job Summary:
 
Complete projects on time, under budget and within the project quality standards and requirements. Project Manager will work collaboratively with all groups in the organization. This individual will be responsible for all interaction on projects with clients. Mentor and coach other Project Managers with less experience. Provide leadership in seeking business opportunities with new or existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to client’s schedule, including budget, scheduling and deadlines.
• Lead meetings, and delegate duties to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate design development and drawing submittals.
• Resolve emergent field issues.
• Monitor projects to minimize risk, thinking about project budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Perform project administrative activities including PO’s and ECO’s, processing of unvouchered liabilities, invoice reviews.
• Track and manage project compliance (non-regulatory and regulatory).
• Support resolution of any siting/permitting, municipality, and/or abutter issues.
• Issue RFP’s, bid analysis, and award recommendations.
• Develop proposals for new business or rework opportunities.
• Manage client relationships to ensure all expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience managing projects in utilities or civil engineering space
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred MS Project
• Experience with AutoCAD or other related software’s.
