Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-site)
Duration: 5-6 months
Hourly Pay Range: $40-$80 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)

Project Overview:
Our automotive manufacturing client is embarking on a major project involving the retooling and retrofitting of a production line. This includes the integration of new tooling, equipment, and robotics to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage teams for large-scale automation projects, specifically focused on retooling and retrofitting production lines.
Oversee the integration of new tooling, equipment, and robotics to enhance overall efficiency.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Supervise and lead a team of 10-20 technicians, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving, addressing challenges in real-time.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in automation, with a track record of successfully leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
Expertise in full automation line project management, including installations, retrofits, and handling multi-million dollar projects from conception to completion.
Strong background in the automotive industry is a significant plus.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.
Availability for overtime work, ranging from 10-20 hours per week as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet project demands and deadlines.
