Job Summary:
We're seeking a passionate Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence. You'll leverage your expertise to plan, execute, and oversee key projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Duties:
- Be the mastermind behind project success – define goals, develop schedules, and assign tasks to the right people.

- Analyze equipment, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement – optimize efficiency, boost quality, and slash costs.

- Become a champion for safety and compliance – maintain a clean and safe work environment that adheres to all regulations.
- Guide your team to success – provide training on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Be a fountain of knowledge – prepare clear and concise progress reports to keep leadership informed.
Qualifications:
- A degreed professional in engineering or a related field (think food science, industrial technology).
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading projects in a technical environment.
- A natural at managing budgets and keeping costs under control.
- A clear communicator who can work effectively with diverse teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for food safety and regulatory compliance.
