Job Description
$60–$70/hr (Depending on Experience)
Contract-to-Hire
- Lead custom automation and manufacturing projects from concept through installation and customer acceptance
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, controls, procurement, and installation teams
- Monitor timelines, risks, and project performance to ensure successful execution
- Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication internally and externally
- Drive projects to meet customer expectations, technical requirements, and quality standards
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, automation, capital equipment, or industrial environments
- Industrial manufacturing experience is required
- Automation experience is highly preferred, but candidates from broader industrial manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered
- Strong understanding of custom equipment, mechanical systems, or manufacturing operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with MS Project, ERP systems, or similar project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
