Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee various initiatives, including product innovation, customer-based projects, product changes, and cost savings opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, maintaining brand integrity, and spearheading efficiency initiatives.

Job Duties:
  • Lead commercialization projects, ensuring alignment of key resources at all organizational levels for timely project completion.
  • Utilize company processes and tools to manage multiple development projects from approval to customer delivery.
  • Clearly define, manage, and control project requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring cross-functional alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct effective project team meetings, fostering cross-functional collaboration, providing direction, outlining priorities, assigning tasks, and addressing project issues/risks.
  • Actively manage and communicate detailed project trackers, ensuring understanding of risks, issues, and activities among functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Report key project management metrics to various functions and levels, develop alternative options, and escalate issues and risks promptly.
  • Contribute to efficiency efforts, including SKU management, ingredient, and packaging consolidation.
  • Demonstrate ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain organizational skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, food science, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the food industry; formal certification in Project Management (PMI or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Advanced PC skills using Microsoft Office products and MS Project, with the ability to generate graphs, presentations, and charts.
  • Proven track record of completing large and complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to influence across business units and coordinate external/internal resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across all organizational levels and functional areas.
