- Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones
- Collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, accounting, and sales
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, adjusting as necessary
- Ensure designs align with scope and customer expectations
- Provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned
- Occasional travel (up to 15%) for site visits and customer meetings
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Project management experience in a build/manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Commitment to follow-through and customer satisfaction
- Experience managing projects involving automation or conveyor systems
- Familiarity with controls, blueprints, and industrial specs/contracts
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand equipment design
