Location: Downers Grove, IL
Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 (depending on experience)
We're seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Downers Grove, IL. As a key player in our manufacturing projects, you'll oversee multiple initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with objectives and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Develop project schedules with critical dates for key disciplines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams daily.
Assist in developing Project Scope Documents.
Act as the primary liaison between the project team and the customer.
Monitor and control project costs.
Conduct Post-Project Reviews and suggest improvements.
Travel up to 15% of the time.
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven leadership skills.
Previous manufacturing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrated commitment to follow-through.
Experience managing projects in manufacturing or construction.
Understanding of automated process equipment and controls.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Working knowledge of industrial contracts and specifications.
