Job Description
Location: Atlanta, GA
- Representing Owner's interests
- Establishing project objectives and strategy
- Commercial contract management and control
- Developing project scopes and objectives
- Assist in qualification and selection of contractors
- Managing communications with project stakeholders
- Coordination of internal client departments
- Daily interactions with the client, designers, stakeholders, contractors, inspectors, and local authorities
- Meet with program team members on a regular basis to review progress and costs
- Estimate development and refinement
- Through understanding of cost management practices
- Cost variance reporting
- Managing multiyear projects to annualized budgets
- Experience of schedule development
- Updating schedules based on actual onsite progress
- Expediting Schedule and project delivery milestones
- Tracking project resource availability
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Review and approval of change orders
- Manage project risks and minimize Owner's exposure
- Energy & Natural gas sectors
- Pipeline construction and/or integrity management experience
- 5 plus years project management experience
