Job Duties:
- Collect and analyze financial input from various stakeholders to support financial efforts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform project controls, finance, and scheduling activities to manage and track project progress.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with senior business analysts and other team members to gather and interpret data, providing actionable insights for project decision-making.
- Lead project management efforts, including planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring all project objectives and goals are achieved.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying and managing risks and issues as they arise.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, project controls, finance, scheduling, or related fields.
At least 2 years of direct project management experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Natural Gas Pipeline or station projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in roadway, water pipelines, fiber, and other linear construction projects is also applicable.
