Hire Type: 4 month+ contract position, Onsite
Target Pay Range: $65.00 - $75.00/hour (W2, with full employee benefits)

Job Summary: 
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a facilities renovation project within an active manufacturing plant. The role involves navigating FDA compliance challenges, coordinating construction and utility upgrades, and ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing production. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage engineering and contracting teams, and experience handling complex facility upgrades within a regulated environment.

Job Duties:
  • Oversee the renovation and utility upgrades while ensuring continuous plant operations.
  • Coordinate scheduling, downtime management, and construction sequencing to meet compliance deadlines.
  • Work closely with engineering firms to push deliverables and maintain project momentum.
  • Collaborate with general contractors and purchasing teams to manage material releases and procurement needs.
  • Lead efforts to address FDA regulatory requirements related to facility conditioning and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain a realistic project timeline while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide weekly progress updates to senior leadership, addressing risks and mitigation plans.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of project management experience in facilities renovation, construction, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of FDA compliance and its impact on facility upgrades.
  • Proven ability to manage engineering firms, contractors, and procurement teams.
  • Experience with scheduling complex projects in an active production environment.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.
