Job Description
Location: IL, IN, WI, LA (Reports to Willowbrook, IL)
Hire Type: Direct Hire (3 openings)
Salary: $125K–$200K/YR

- Manage all phases of commercial/industrial and data center projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Create detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain safety, quality, and performance goals.
- Serve as primary client liaison, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
- Oversee contracts, change orders, and procurement processes.
- Manage financial performance, including invoicing, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
- Review construction drawings, identify risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
- BS in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management for construction (mission-critical projects a plus).
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Primavera, Accubid, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction means/methods, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
