Project Manager | Engineering
Job Description
Location: Greenville, IL
We’re looking for a hands on Project Manager to lead and manage various project at both our Greenville, IL and Indianapolis, IN plants. Our systems transform raw corn into high-quality flour used for tortillas and chips. You’ll play a key role in coordinating equipment installation, utilities, contractors, and OEM partners—making sure everything comes together on time, on budget, and ready for production.
- Oversee installation of new processing equipment and supporting infrastructure at both facilities.
- Partner with plant teams, contractors, and OEMs to define scope, gather quotes, and manage timelines.
- Ensure utilities and systems are in place to support production.
- Lead project meetings, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Track progress, budget, and documentation to support future installations.
- Experience managing large-scale equipment installations in food, beverage, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and utilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance technical detail with big-picture project leadership.
