- Serve as the technical expert, providing pre-sale and post-sale support for customers, including product recommendations and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions using company products.
- Analyze customer requirements and design custom applications or modifications to meet those needs effectively.
- Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure that product solutions are engineered to meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Assist with product testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support during the product installation and integration phases, ensuring smooth operations for customers.
- Develop technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and training materials for customers.
- Maintain and update product knowledge by staying current on new technologies, industry trends, and competitor products.
- Provide training and technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation and application of products.
- Contribute to product improvement efforts by providing feedback based on customer experiences and performance data.
- Bachelors in Engineering related field
- At least 2 years of relevant engineering experience
- At least one year dealing in some form of product related to either heavy structural components OR hydraulics
- Ability to be on-site
