Pay: Up to $115K (Depending on Experience)
- Support and coordinate electric distribution design projects, including overhead and underground systems.
- Perform engineering calculations and technical design work.
- Lead quality control reviews of design packages before and after construction.
- Prepare and review technical analyses, engineering documents, and project deliverables.
- Review vendor drawings and participate in design reviews.
- Assist with permitting, utility coordination, and construction support.
- Partner with Project Managers to support project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Participate in client meetings and technical coordination discussions.
- Communicate project risks, constraints, and schedule impacts to stakeholders.
- Support proposal development, project forecasting, and workload planning.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements and team growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required. Civil or Structural Engineering degrees may be considered with relevant electric distribution experience.
- Experience supporting overhead and/or underground electric distribution systems.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to perform engineering calculations.
- Experience working in consulting, utility, or infrastructure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- EIT certification or pursuit of PE licensure is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
