- Manage fabrication projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to client specifications and quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure project success.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and collaborate with engineers to implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Assist with project proposals, cost estimates, and business development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in project management within fabrication, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
