Project Engineer
Job Description
- Water & Wastewater Infrastructure: Planning, design, permitting, inspection, and construction administration, including pump stations, distribution, collection, conveyance, storage tanks, and treatment systems.
- Coordination with Other Disciplines: Experience working with design teams across multiple disciplines (e.g., traffic, geotechnical, environmental, mechanical/electrical, and survey) is preferred.
- Project Management: Experience managing projects is a plus.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams effectively.
- Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
- Communication & Prioritization: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Construction Documentation: Ability to plan and manage the preparation of construction drawings and specifications.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 4–7 years of related experience.
- Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Software Knowledge: Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Microstation, Revit, ArcGIS, WaterGEMS, and SewerGEMS is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
