Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team, playing a crucial role in coordinating all Project Management tasks. This position is located in Columbus, Ohio, and offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Coordination: You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects, including scheduling, costing, change orders, contracts, and tracking long lead items.

Technology Implementation: Take the lead in implementing Microsoft Planner for the assembly task list and provide training to all personnel for its effective use.

Issue Resolution: Serve as the sole point of contact between two facilities, actively resolving open issues.

Deadline Management: Keep a close eye on ASR's, late parts, and unscanned parts to ensure timely delivery to the build areas, meeting scheduled project deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Engineering, Safety, Facilities, Software, Assembly, Purchasing, Expeditors, and the Stockroom, to gather essential information and advance project progress.

Leadership: Assume leadership responsibilities by leading DVM's in the absence of the Project Manager. Report findings, needs, and updates to upper management.

Task Alignment: Drive the team to ensure that tasks and bench builds align with the percentages of the build's completion, keeping the project on track.

Team Collaboration: Be a proactive team player, fielding questions to facilitate problem-solving and providing assistance to other team members to help them reach project goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Proven experience in project coordination or management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
