Job Duties:
- Establish, create, and maintain risk management data, tools, and systems
- Collaborate with project team members to identify, discuss, and challenge risks
- Develop, implement, and manage risk management plans utilizing risk management standards
- Maintain and manage risk registers
- Apply qualitative and quantitative risk management theories, tools, and techniques
- Perform probabilistic cost & schedule risk analysis
- Analyze, interpret, explain, and present risk status and Monte Carlo results to project teams and management
- Operate software applications based on business/system requirements, primary focus will be on Oracle Primavera, Deltek, and Microsoft Office software applications
- Participate in developing and maintaining fully integrated resource loaded schedules using standard project management scheduling and earned value methodology
- Participate in maintaining and developing time-phased budgets, work schedules, work breakdown structures, and cost account plans
- Understand the difference between and manage Baseline, Working, and Forecast schedules
- Interface with the project’s technical staff, financial staff, project managers, and the functional managers on aspects of scheduling, cost estimating, risk, and earned value analysis
- Participate in monitoring the efforts of subcontractors
- Participate in meetings involving schedule maintenances and revisions of subcontractors
- Develop project resource needs and Basis of Estimates (BOE)
