Job Description

Position: Project Controls Scheduler (large Capital Projects) 
Location: Waukegan, IL 60087 onsite daily
Duration: 12–36 Month Contract

Pay Rate $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

I am looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Controls / Construction Project Scheduler with experience supporting facility expansions, tracking project schedules, capital projects within pharmaceutical, API, biologics, chemical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

This role will support facility expansions, engineering upgrades, equipment installations, and construction activities while working closely with engineering, construction, facilities, validation, and project management teams.

REQUIREMENTS 
  • Project Coordination, Project Controls, or Project Engineering experience 
  • Capital project experience involving facility expansions or construction projects 
  • Strong Microsoft Project skills 
  • Experience tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and project status 
  • Ability to coordinate activities between engineering, construction, contractors, and project teams 
  • Pharmaceutical, API, biologics, life sciences, chemical, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
