Title: Project Assistant
Location: Remote - USA
Hire Type: Part time, contract to hire

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative and technical support tasks as required
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow, productivity, and efficiency
  • Provide timely verbal and written updates on project status and work progress
  • Create, organize, and maintain specialized records, reports, and project files
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks and reporting
  • Demonstrate professional and effective remote work etiquette
  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Complete assignments accurately, on time, and within allocated hours
  • Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE protocols
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior industry experience required
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
