Title: Project Assistant
Location: Remote - USA
Hire Type: Part time, contract to hire

- Perform a variety of administrative and technical support tasks as required
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow, productivity, and efficiency
- Provide timely verbal and written updates on project status and work progress
- Create, organize, and maintain specialized records, reports, and project files
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks and reporting
- Demonstrate professional and effective remote work etiquette
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Complete assignments accurately, on time, and within allocated hours
- Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE protocols
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior industry experience required
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Responds positively to direction and actively seeks opportunities to learn and grow
