Title: Project Architect
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Hire Type: Direct hire
Compensation: 52-68K

- Demonstrates reliability by completing assignments accurately and meeting deadlines through proactive collaboration with the project team
- Maintains strong organizational skills and retains knowledge for future application
- Solicits feedback and takes initiative to improve individual and team performance
- Performs self-check quality assurance to ensure task completeness, including asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
- Adheres to Design standards and procedures
- Works effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and communicates in a professional manner
- Processes and implements direction from the project team within established project schedules
- Supports project teams in the development of design documentation
- Assists the Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager with the creation and revision of drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to produce design and construction documents, including specifications, for design, bid, permit, and client review
- Conducts code and permitting research
- Researches landlord criteria, building codes, and local building department requirements
- Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Basic experience with rendering software
- Supports high-quality drawing production through QA/QC of own work prior to delivery to the Project Manager
- Actively seeks to gain knowledge and understanding by mastering tasks and responsibilities through proactive engagement
