Project Administrator
Job Description
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL (NW Suburbs)
Hire Type: Contract to Hire (6 months)
Salary: $70K–$80K
Benefits: Bonus, profit sharing, and 401(k) match offered upon conversion to direct hire
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Support the sales team by managing timelines, deliverables, and project expectations
- Oversee scheduling and logistics for projects, with a strong emphasis on long lead times and client deadlines
- Present project updates and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project data and reporting within NetSuite
- Coordinate with vendor partners and clients on high-dollar, complex projects
- 3–5 years of experience working with NetSuite (must be able to work independently in the platform)
- Strong background in project administration, sales support, or client coordination
- Experience managing large-scale projects in the million-dollar range
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and expectations
- Industry familiarity in one or more of the following areas:
- Construction
- Industrial Equipment
- Machinery
- Physical Products
