Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 (Experience-dependent)
Description:
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex programs in a cross-functional environment. Responsible for project initiation, team assembly, and execution. Interface with stakeholders, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, assess team performance, and facilitate concurrent engineering processes. Conduct Phase Reviews and collaborate with customers to understand product needs.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of project management in medical device manufacturing.
7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years with an Advanced degree.
Experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals).
Proficient in MS Project, Microsoft Office, and statistical analysis tools.
Leadership skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to manage, coach, and develop teams.
Matrix leadership in a persuasive and influential manner.
Experience in project management leadership.
Effective communication across all organizational levels.
Strong financial and budgeting analytical skills.
