Job Description

OVERVIEW
Join a dynamic manufacturing organization as a Program Manager, where you'll lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing new products while optimizing existing ones. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with project management skills in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment, working with automation and injection molding technologies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and coordinate new product introduction projects from concept to implementation
  • Validate product tooling and automation design approaches using technical expertise
  • Create and execute project work plans, managing resources and team responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for supplier and customer relationships
  • Manage project budgets, analyze profitability, and track key financial metrics
  • Partner with Quality department on assurance procedures and engagement reviews
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean manufacturing solutions
  • Estimate and revise costs for molding/assembly programs
  • Direct modifications to existing molds based on customer requirements
  • Identify business development opportunities within projects
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to Sales team in customer interactions

REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5 years' experience in Project Management
  • Strong understanding of automation in manufacturing
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
  • Knowledge of injection molding, tooling, materials, and processing
Preferred:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership and team motivation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 USD
