Production Technician
Job Description
- Operate production equipment including pneumatic presses, wire cutters, and spoolers.
- Assemble products using hand and power tools.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Move materials throughout the facility and assist with inventory handling.
- Operate a forklift to transport materials and finished goods as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or factory environment.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience operating production machinery.
- Comfortable lifting materials and working in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
