Responsibilities:
· Lead, train, and mentor assigned leads/employees in the Molding department.
· Run daily Tier meetings and report out minutes and results of KPIs
· Ensure appropriate labor density plan is executed and identify and correct labor efficiency issues
· Review Schedule and down machines to ensure support structure prioritization and manage labor assignments
· Ensure appropriate plan for labor utilization for on-coming shift
· Communicate/Escalate operational issues as they arise with leadership of appropriate support group(s)
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years in a production supervisor role
Previous experience supervising employees within a manufacturing, military or industrial environment.
Ability to work 12 hour night shift and every other weekend
