Job Duties:
  • Lead and supervise production team to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Enforce safety protocols and plan daily production schedules.
  • Monitor processes, provide training, and implement best practices.
  • Manage inventory levels and act as a liaison between management and staff.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of low volume, high mix manufacturing methods.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems.
  • Passion for people and manufacturing.
