Production Supervisor-3rd shift
Job Description
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday |10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

- Lead daily production activities and ensure the achievement of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale objectives
- Manage and sustain daily management systems through coaching and mentoring production employees
- Plan staffing levels and adjust shift schedules based on production requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 6S, changeover improvements, and Lean Manufacturing activities
- Develop and execute training plans for machine operators and production personnel
- Coordinate production schedules, material verification, and crew assignments
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure production goals are achieved
- Maintain and update work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout the facility
- Conduct audits, investigate incidents, and support corrective action activities
- Monitor production performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with blow molding and filling operations is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in a production environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience
