Production Supervisor- 3rd shift (Chemical Plant)
Job Description
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + $5,000 Annual Shift Differential
Hire Type: Direct Hire

- Organize production resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Supervise production employees to ensure safe, efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.
- Train and develop team members while reinforcing safety procedures and company policies.
- Monitor staffing levels and allocate manpower to meet production demands.
- Partner with quality, regulatory, and corporate teams to support reporting and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve production methods, communication, efficiency, and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to production procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the operation.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Chemical plant or process manufacturing experience is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and production reporting systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
