Production Supervisor (2ns shift)
Job Description
Pay: $31.00/hour + Overtime Pay
Hire Type: Direct Hire

- Supervise and support daily production activities across multiple departments
- Coordinate workflow and prioritize production schedules to meet customer deadlines
- Monitor production operations and conduct regular floor walks to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained
- Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, and employee matters to the Plant Manager
- Enforce company quality, safety, and production procedures
- Assist with job setups, production logging, and workflow scheduling
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate major repairs with maintenance
- Track production performance and associated run rates
- Ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are consistently achieved
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment through coaching and employee development
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing production schedules and workflow
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Positive, hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and willingness to support multiple production areas as needed
