Job Description
- The Operations Manager will play a key leadership role in aligning plant operations with company objectives, driving efficiencies, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable performance outcomes.
- Lead plant operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets
- Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance standards are met at all times
- Coordinate staffing and resources to align with production demands
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, training, and strategic planning
- Foster a team environment centered on operational excellence and professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5–7 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong background in GMP-compliant or regulated environments
- Proven success managing in a high-volume, continuous operation
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
