Candidates MUST have certification/training in RJG or Paulson

Plastic injection mold experience is a must

Job Summary:
  • Evaluate production orders and schedules to determine product specifications, quantities, and delivery dates, strategizing department operations accordingly.
  • Assist in overseeing production operations, establishing priorities, and sequencing the manufacturing process for optimal efficiency.
  • Actively participate in capital planning and contribute to the implementation of new product/technology development efforts.
  • Execute operational schedules, coordinate manufacturing activities, and ensure product quality meets specified standards.
  • Complete assignments and projects in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
  • Review production and operating reports, addressing issues to minimize costs and prevent operational delays.
  • Manage projects of small to medium size and complexity, utilizing and developing supervisory skills.
  • Inspect machines and equipment to guarantee specific operational performance and optimal utilization.
  • Stay updated on technology, products, and processes within the managed area.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all team members are respected, motivated, and contribute to achieving business results.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain quality sanitation programs and adhere to good manufacturing practices (e.g., SQF, FDA, and GMP’s).
  • Utilize established problem-solving methodologies to resolve operational abnormalities

Required: 
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Plastic Injection mold experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products is desired.
  • Certification/training such as RJG or Paulson is required.
