Maintenance Manager
Job Description
- Lead maintenance technicians in electrical and mechanical operations.
- Drive operational improvements and foster daily collaboration across departments.
- Inspect, plan, and prioritize work orders and maintenance activities.
- Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs using CMMS (SAP experience is a plus).
- Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate on process improvements, equipment upgrades, and production efficiencies.
- Monitor KPIs and report department performance to top management.
- Maintain department records, equipment manuals, and facility schematics.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and MRO parts.
- Hire, train, and develop maintenance team members.
- Provide 24/7 availability for emergency maintenance support.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years in industrial maintenance.
- 3-5 years in a maintenance/production leadership role.
- Experience with factory automation, PLC/HMI programming, and servo systems preferred.
- Familiarity with boilers, wastewater systems, HVAC, sanitary welding, and electrical systems preferred.
