Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Type: Direct Hire
Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5 pm-5:30 am
Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Description:
Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Lead to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This position, overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of the assigned production line during the weekend shift, is crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Roles And Responsibilities:
Coordinate the team, delegate tasks, and manage hourly shift employees.
Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the assigned production line by working in a cleanroom environment and following cleanroom guidelines.
Responsible for onboarding and training new employees.
Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to ensure daily/shift production goals are met.
Ensure production processes meet quality standards.
Supply workers with necessary materials and ensure correct materials are present.
Ensure employees are in position on time after breaks and lunch at startup.
Relieve staff as necessary.
Demonstrate corporate values, including an engaged culture, commitment to safety and quality, transparency, ethics, integrity, and consistently meeting expectations.
Other duties as assigned.
