Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production schedules, workflow, and daily operational priorities.
  • Utilize fiber laser equipment and CAD/CAM software to design, program, and cut parts.
  • Drive accountability and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist with overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, quality, and material readiness.
  • Support cost‑effective purchasing decisions and timely procurement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven background in production management
  • Hands-on laser cutting and CAD/CAM programming experience
  • Willingness to learn and support inventory management and purchasing
