Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
- Optimize product mix for asset efficiency and maximum value / margin extraction
- Understand raw materials, cost drivers, make vs buy, maximize Return on Invested Capital
- Collaborate with marketing to continually assess and understand competitive landscape
- Understand user needs and develop strategies on how to remain competitive in the market
- Work across other functions (sales, tech service, R&D, ops, supply chain, finance) to execute product line strategies including the Integrated Business Management process
- Rationalize SKUs to reduce complexity and improve profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (business or technical)
- Minimum ten years in marketing, product management, sales or comparable business management experience environment
- Strategic thinking and change agent with proven experience in managing business process improvement
- Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities
