Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of innovative products across various industries. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of product design and development, from conceptualization to optimization of production processes.

Job Duties:
  • Product Design and Development: Contribute to the conceptualization, design, and development of foam product prototypes.
    Ensure that designs meet customer requirements, industry standards, and business objectives.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies related to foam product engineering.
  • Evaluate new materials, explore innovative design concepts, and recommend improvements based on market insights.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and operations to understand requirements and translate them into feasible product designs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with market demands and production capabilities.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing performance data and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Implement design enhancements, evaluate production processes, and conduct cost and efficiency analyses.
    PPAP Execution:
  • Lead the execution of PPAP processes for assigned products, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product engineering
  • Strong proficiency in product design software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of successful product development and optimization.
