Overview of Job:

? Mechanical Design: Lead the design and development of industrial doors, creating detailed mechanical drawings and models using CAD software. Ensure designs meet client specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
? Project Engineering: Manage and coordinate engineering projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and sales. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans while ensuring on-time and cost-effective project execution.
? Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product innovation and process enhancements to improve durability, functionality, and production efficiency. Collaborate with the R&D team on exciting new designs and technologies.
? Mentorship & Culture: Be part of a team that values mentorship, professional development, and a collaborative culture. Work with industry experts to grow your engineering skills while contributing to cutting-edge solutions in industrial door manufacturing.
? Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of engineering designs, testing data, and project reports. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and assist in the preparation of technical specifications.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors in Engineering required 
  • At least two years of mechanical design experience 
  • CAD experience a must, Solidworks preferred
