Job Summary:
The Product Engineering team is your innovation engine for all products! They dream up, design, and refine cutting-edge foam products for everything from medical applications to industrial needs.  They work closely with various teams to ensure designs are not only creative but also feasible, high-quality, and cost-effective.  They're constantly analyzing data to improve their creations, making them the ultimate problem-solvers in the world of foam!

Job Duties:
  • Design & Develop: Unleash your inner inventor! You'll dream up, design, and craft ingenious product prototypes for all sorts of uses, from medical marvels to industrial must-haves. Your expertise will ensure these creations meet customer needs, industry standards, and keep the business booming!
  • Dive into the latest trends, materials, and tech to stay ahead of the curve.  Explore new materials, brainstorm innovative designs, and recommend improvements based on what the market craves.
  • Become the bridge between brilliant ideas and real-world products!  
  • Work hand-in-hand with customers, sales, and operations to understand their needs and translate them into designs that are not only awesome but also feasible to create.
  • Be a champion of efficiency! Analyze performance data, pinpoint areas for improvement, and make design tweaks to take your creations to the next level.  This includes evaluating production processes, conducting cost analyses, and recommending ways to make things smoother and more cost-effective.
  • Lead the charge on PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for your assigned products.  Ensure all the pieces are in place, accurate, and meet industry standards. You'll be the PPAP pro, making sure everything runs smoothly!

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering required
  • Minimally 3+ years experience in a product engineering role with a focus on plastic, rubber, foam, or similar materials
