- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for existing product designs
- Create and maintain technical documentation including BOMs, wiring schematics, and piping diagrams
- Design, manufacture, and test custom cooling systems
- Source and qualify components for new product designs
- Develop assembly specifications and transition processes from engineering to production
- Provide technical support to manufacturing for assembly and troubleshooting
- Implement quality improvement processes across office and production environments
- Conduct failure analysis and develop corrective actions for customer issues
- Analyze and report on product and component quality metrics
- Update product information in ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Electrical Engineering with strong mechanical background)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems preferred
