Process Technician- Blow Mold (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Job Description
- As a Process Technician, you’ll oversee the operations of 10-15 molding machines, ensuring they run efficiently and meet quality standards. Your role will include:
- Setting up machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment to meet production goals.
- Communicating effectively with team members about quality, safety, and productivity.
- Troubleshooting and reporting machine malfunctions while recommending improvements.
- Training and guiding material handlers to enhance overall team performance.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and methods in the industry.
- 3-5 years in injection or blow molding with a strong understanding of mechanical principles and process controls.
- High school diploma required; specialized training in areas like pneumatics, hydraulics, or plastic processing preferred.
- Proficiency with power and hand tools, process optimization, and safety procedures like LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).
