Hourly Rate: $30-35 per hour depending on experience

We are a leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products through innovative processes. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Process Technician with expertise in injection molding to join our dynamic team at our Buffalo Grove, IL facility.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality products.
Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding equipment.
Collaborate with production and quality control teams to meet production goals and quality standards.
Perform mold changes and tooling adjustments as needed.
Document and record process parameters, adjustments, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Proven experience as a Process Technician in an injection molding environment.
Proficiency in setting up and operating injection molding machines.
Strong understanding of injection molding processes and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with mold changes, tooling adjustments, and routine maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical training or certification in injection molding is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in injection molding processes.
1st Shift - Monday - Friday 8 hour days plus overtime.
Competitive hourly rate ($30-35 per hour).
