- Lead and manage a team of engineering technicians and technical writers
- Oversee process validation activities for medical device assembly
- Develop and review Technical Method Validations (TMVs) for catheter assembly
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate documentation and validation processes
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in medical device engineering
- Experience leading technical teams
- Knowledge of process validation and documentation procedures
- Catheter assembly experience preferred but not required
