Job Description
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus bonus
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2+ years of experience preferred.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in new product development, introduction processes, and procurement protocols.
Motivated and creative with the ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Detail-oriented, focused, and able to produce accurate and professional documents.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab (or other statistical analysis software). SolidWorks or CAD modeling software is a plus.

Key Role and Responsibilities:
Improve manufacturing efficiency, production yields, product quality, and consistency through equipment and product design modifications.
Complete projects, report status, and document lessons learned efficiently.
Utilize project management tools to establish timelines, build action item lists, and achieve milestones.
Finalize manufacturing methods for medical devices and ensure process validation.
Assist in equipment design for producing medical devices and components.
Analyze and document test results for development and pilot production runs.
Provide engineering support, including vendor contact and auditing specifications.
Lead process improvement and waste elimination efforts through the application of lean principles.
Work with the Quality Control team to generate, update, and implement all project-related documentation.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.
