Job Summary: 

Effectively manage an agriculturally based specialty chemical process to improve throughput, control, process and production systems, and finished product quality.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for reporting, analyzing, and controlling key operating metrics.
• Reduce process variability and improve control through analysis and institution of engineering controls
• Maintain and improve process On Stream Time and Yield
• Develop and institute process management systems
• Support the development of quality control and release systems
• Support development operator training systems
• Continually improve automation and control along with other incremental improvement projects
• Direct team leader and operators
• Support capital projects
• Effectively manage and improve day-to-day operation logistics

Qualifications:
