  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the success of the facility.
  • Develop and execute site budgets to optimize financial performance.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and foster the development of the management team.
  • Meet safety, quality, and service goals for the plant, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement capital projects and training programs to achieve volume and productivity targets.
  • Maintain a balance between production objectives and finished goods inventory goals.
  • Promote employee involvement and engagement to create a positive work culture.
  • Guide teams in utilizing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools for continuous improvement projects.
  • Drive Operational Excellence initiatives throughout the facility.


  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or eight years of work experience.
  • Five years of experience in a leadership role at a manufacturing or distribution facility, or in an operations environment.
  • Formal training and/or experience with continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Transactional Lean, etc.
