Job Duties:
  • Motivate the team and keep work flowing, make sure everything is cross covered.
  • Oversees department but also very hands on role.        Working leader 
Qualifications:
  1.  Familiar w/ production concepts
  2. Experience w/ sheet metal manufacturing would be a must
  3. Take different materials in coil form and produce in covers
  4. Plus would be experience welding aluminum
  5. Mechanical experience, preventative maintenance on machinery
  6. Ability to read drawings a plus
